Our family vacations are always a great opportunity for photo safaris. Usually one element or experience stands out from all the others and I base my essay on that theme. But on this trip, nothing stood out from the swirl of ideas and feelings and I began to imagine a tapestry or thread of images that would sum up the whole week's experience. As you scan to your right you will see the result of this visual experiment. It's a bit of a mishmash and quite chaotic at times but so was our trip!
